Class Descriptions
Reach new highs and push yourself farther than you thought possible. This 12-week program is designed to enhance muscle hypertrophy (muscle mass), improve muscular endurance and decrease risk of injury by improving joint strength.
This program is designed for the individuals whose goals are to be challenged, build their mental strength/confidence, and improve strength and overall quality of life.

• Improve body composition
• Build muscle
• Boost confidence
• Decrease risk of injury
The class will meet twice a week for 12 weeks and the cost is $550 for 24 sessions. The program starts on 4/8 is offered Mondays and Thursdays at 7:00 pm at South Lake Union. This program is targeted for a intermediate-advanced level in strength training. Sessions will be limited to 4 participants to ensure you get the right amount of support.
